Registered Nurse – Oncology Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse specializing in Oncology to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in oncology nursing and be committed to providing high-quality patient care. Schedule The nursing schedule will vary, with shifts typically occurring between 7:30 AM to 4 PM and 8 AM to 4:30 PM. Location This position is located in Phil Blv Te. Responsibilities • Administer chemotherapy and manage patient treatment plans. • Monitor and assess patient conditions pre-, during, and post-treatment. • Educate patients and their families about treatment regimens and side effects. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care strategies. • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Qualifications • Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in Oncology nursing. • Current Advanced Healthcare Provider (AHA BLS) certification. • Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification. • Chemotherapy certification is required. • Must be proficient in administering chemotherapy. Holiday Expectations The position requires working 2 major holidays among Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day, as well as 1 minor holiday such as the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year’s Eve.
