Registered Nurse (RN) Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This position requires expertise in acute care, specifically utilizing EPIC as a core component of patient management. Key Responsibilities • Provide direct patient care in an acute care setting. • Utilize EPIC for documenting patient information and care plans. • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes. • Perform assessments and administer medications as prescribed. • Educate patients and families about health conditions and treatment plans.
