Travel Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) Job Description We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Travel Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for a 13-week assignment. This role involves working in a dynamic healthcare environment with a focus on providing exceptional patient care. Key Details • Start Date: ASAP • Duration: 13 weeks • Shift: Days, 8 AM – 8 PM • Call Requirements: 12 hours per week Responsibilities • Administer dialysis treatment to patients while monitoring their vital signs. • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans. • Educate patients and their families on dialysis procedures and care. • Ensure all equipment is functioning effectively and report any issues as needed. • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulations. Qualifications • Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required, with acute care inpatient experience preferred. • Current Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certifications required. • Experience with Tablo dialysis devices is preferred.
