Overview About the Role The Analog Coordinator plays a pivotal role in coordinating all the details that make Analog shows and events possible. Supporting all departments in interfacing with Analog, this role is the liaison between the customer and their Analog experience — ensuring that all parties have the information they need to promote and enjoy our venue. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality and entertainment environment. What You’ll Be Doing • Manage ticketing for all Analog performances including asset collection, event creation, refunds, questions etc. • Collect and/or create marketing assets as needed for Analog event promotion including asset preparation for media, advertising, email marketing, social media, etc. • Coordinate Analog event awareness, promotion, and ticketing with front desk staff as needed • Coordinate artist hospitality and logistics • Coordinate guest experience with the concierge • Coordinate and manage press and media ticketing and seating • Execute and/or manage on-site box office functions for Analog events as needed • Route leads and inquiries from Analog website to appropriate department Join our team of marketing professionals as a Marketing Coordinator and fuel our brand's growth with your innovative ideas and exceptional skills.
