As a Service Tech - Dock and Door, you'll be a key player in providing top-tier services, working within a self-directed team environment and taking ownership of your tasks with a sense of urgency and a commitment to excellence. Responsibilities Install and service commercial overhead doors, openers, and dock equipment.Repair or replace broken springs, cables, tracks, and motors.Diagnose issues, inspect job sites, and make expert recommendations.Read blueprints and schematics when needed.Install and maintain fire doors, rolling steel curtains, commercial high-speed doors, and related systems.Use hand and power tools to install tracks, torsion springs, and door sections.Deliver professional, customer-focused service every time.Keep safety, quality, and efficiency as top priorities.
