What You Will Do: • Water heater and sewer repair and/or replacement. • Residential service repair. • Respond to plumbing emergencies, determining the issue, and make repairs as needed. • Performing preventative maintenance work on plumbing systems. • Install, maintain, and repairing pipe including joins, valves, drains, and fixtures in all types of structures. What You Will Bring: • Illinois License required • Flexible availability • Ability to handle heavy equipment • Ability to work outdoors • Written and verbal communication skills • Knowledge of computer processes Physical Requirements: • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. • Ability to work in confined spaces (e.g., attics, crawl spaces, basements). • Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, and bending. • Ability to work at heights (e.g., ladders, elevated plat forms). • Manual dexterity to handle electrical tools and equipment. • Ability to work in various weather conditions when performing outdoor installations.
