Full description
• Configure outlook with POP3/IMAP/RPC profile, and trouble shoot MS outlook configuration issues
• Troubleshoot mail flow issues between servers and sites, from / to internet domains
• Thorough Knowledge of AD and IMP components of AD, AD and exchange dependencies and trouble AD related issues on Exchange
• Knowledge of Various trouble shooting tools (SMTPDIAG etc...)
• Installation of Exchange 2003 and various Exchange configurations
• Knowledge and practical experience of Windows 2003 Cluster, Exchange 2003 cluster, trouble shooting cluster related issues
• Knowledge of SCOM 2007 and various components of SCOM 2007. 10. Knowledge of BES server, configuration of BES on server as well as BB handset
