Apply today and help us deliver innovative geotechnical solutions for our clients and communities. • Lead and execute geotechnical engineering projects of moderate size and complexity. • Plan, schedule, coordinate, and perform field investigations, engineering analyses, and design recommendations. • Prepare and review proposals, technical reports, plans, specifications, and cost estimates. • Monitor project scope, budgets, schedules, and overall performance. • Analyze laboratory and field data and incorporate findings into technical reports. • Communicate project progress, findings, and recommendations to clients and project teams. • Review project deliverables to ensure quality and compliance with applicable standards. • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and field staff. • Support business development efforts, including client relationship management and proposal preparation. • Promote a strong culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement. • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering • 4-9 years of relevant geotechnical experience • Master’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering preferred. • Strong technical writing, communication, and project management skills • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and collaborate with diverse team members • A valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history
