We are currently seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our team at our Liberty Roofing Center location in Elizabeth, NJ. LOCATION 730 Division Street, Elizabeth, NJ 07201 WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU? • Competitive Starting Rate. • Competitive health, dental and insurance plans • Competitive matched retirement savings program • The opportunity to join a continuously growing organization with focus on diversity and inclusion • The opportunity to work with an industry leader in distributing WHEN YOU JOIN US, YOU WILL BE: • Assist Branch/Operations Manager in cycle counts and inventory control • Assisting with job site deliveries • Work with both customers and Territory Sales Representatives to provide support for customer base • Outbound sales phone work, contacting potential prospects and passing pre-qualified leads to territory sales rep • Process orders and paperwork • Assist customers with product requirements, delivery concerns and pricing • Answer incoming calls in a prompt and professional manner • Provide sales support for walk in customers • Timely and effective communication • Follow up on inquiries from customers or Liberty administration in a timely fashion • Attend meetings, functions and company provided training as required • Adhere to all company policies and procedures • Any other responsibilities as assigned OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE: • Experience in driving a Van • Operation of Van and Seamless Gutter Equipment • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills • Positive, winning, can-do attitude is required • General understanding of Sales and Customer Service • Proven ability to work effectively independently as well as in a team environment • Knowledge of building/construction products is preferred but not required • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office products • Reliable transportation to and from work Diversity and Equal Opportunity Employment: Liberty Roofing Center is an equal opportunity employer.
