Learn more about ET&P Your work profile: • Lead functional discovery and workshops for order management processes, rules, and integrations. • Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements and acceptance criteria. • Analyze current state processes and identify improvement opportunities applicable to the future OMS model. • Partner with architects and integration teams to clarify design impacts and dependencies. • Support UAT planning and execution, including clarifying test scenarios, expected outcomes, and sign-off criteria. • Drive end-to-end traceability of requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle. • Mentor junior BAs and support readiness of business SMEs. • We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Systems (SAP PS) Manager to lead SAP PS solution design, implementation, optimization, and support initiatives across complex business environments. • The ideal candidate will possess strong functional expertise in SAP PS, deep understanding of end-to-end project lifecycle management, and experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder engagements. • This role requires collaboration with business leadership, project managers, finance teams, supply chain teams, and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable SAP-enabled project management solutions that improve project visibility, cost control, resource management, and operational efficiency. SAP PS Solution Leadership • Lead the design, configuration, implementation, and support of SAP Project Systems solutions. • Drive end-to-end SAP PS process transformation initiatives aligned with business objectives. • Define SAP PS solution architecture and integration design across SAP modules. • Provide strategic guidance on project governance, cost management, budgeting, forecasting, and project execution processes. • Ensure SAP best practices are adopted across project management functions. Business Process Management • Analyze and understand business requirements related to: • Project planning, Project execution, Cost management, Capital projects, Customer projects, Internal projects, Resource planning, Progress monitoring, Revenue recognition • Conduct workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with business stakeholders. • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs. • Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities. SAP PS Configuration & Functional Expertise • Configure and optimize: Project Structures (WBS Elements), Networks, Activities • Milestones, Project Planning Boards, Budgeting and Availability Control, Cost Planning • Settlement Rules, Results Analysis, Revenue Planning, Progress Tracking • Support project system master data governance and standardization. • Develop functional specifications for enhancements, reports, interfaces, and forms. Integration Management Work closely with functional teams and solution architects to ensure seamless integration between SAP PS and: SAP S/4HANA, SAP Finance (FI), SAP Controlling (CO), SAP Materials Management (MM), SAP Sales & Distribution (SD), SAP Plant Maintenance (PM), SAP Production Planning (PP), SAP Asset Accounting (AA) SAP Procurement SAP SuccessFactors / Resource Management Solutions • • Ensure data consistency and business process continuity across integrated applications. • Project Delivery Responsibilities • Lead SAP PS implementation, rollout, migration, and transformation projects. • Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies. • Support Fit-Gap analysis and solution blueprint development. • Oversee system testing activities including: Key skills required: • 10+ years of SAP consulting experience with significant focus on SAP Project Systems. • Multiple end-to-end SAP implementation lifecycle experiences. • Experience in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments. • Experience leading global or regional transformation initiatives. • Experience managing large-scale project portfolios and project accounting processes. • Proven experience in stakeholder management and team leadership. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Information Technology, or related field.
