Description Performs testing of raw material, in process, final product, validation-related, and critical utility samples. The operator will be testing for the following test attributes. o Bioburden testing o Microbial enumeration and objectionable organism testing o Bacterial Endotoxin testing o Sterility testing o Biological Indicator testing o Total Organic Carbon (TOC) testing o Nitrate testing Performs plate reads from environmental monitoring and media fill reads. Performs Growth promotion and Sterility assurance testing on incoming materials. Performs Microbial Identification and Gram Staining. Autoclaves materials needed for testing. Cleans BSCs and chambers in a periodic basis. Enters results in electronic systems (LES (electronic notebook) and LIMS) preferred.
