Mid-Level Personal Injury Associate • Location: Houston, Texas • Work Arrangement: Fully in-office, Monday through Friday • Experience: 2–7 years of litigation experience A Houston-based litigation practice is seeking a Mid-Level Personal Injury Associate with approximately 2–7 years of litigation experience. Personal injury experience is preferred, and trial experience is required. First-chair trial experience is a plus. Responsibilities • Manage an individual docket of personal injury litigation matters. • Support other attorneys on cases handled by the practice. • Prepare pleadings, motions, discovery materials, and other litigation documents. • Take and defend depositions. • Assist with trial preparation, case strategy, discovery, and evidentiary development. • Communicate with clients and support settlement negotiations. • Participate in courtroom proceedings and client development activities. Qualifications • Approximately 2–7 years of litigation experience. • Trial experience required; first-chair experience preferred. • Personal injury litigation experience preferred. • Demonstrated deposition experience. • Strong legal research, writing, and case analysis skills. • Texas bar admission and good standing. • Spanish-speaking ability is a plus, but not required. • Ability to work in the Houston office five days per week. Compensation and Benefits • Compensation is dependent on experience.
