Non-essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: · Participates in external technical organizations and groups · Other duties may be assigned or required for the performance of this position Knowledge & Experience (Minimum Job Qualifications): · Associates Degree in Technical field (can be substituted with certificate and/or additional equivalent related work experience). · 8 years’ Technician experience with degree, 9+ years without a degree. · Minitab; expert level. · Ability to lead, mentor, and train others. · Ability to work and thrive in a team environment. · Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. · Ability to communicate effectively and achieve project results on cross-functional teams. · Exceptional time management, interpersonal, and communications skills. · Detail orientation and organized. · Proficient in MS Suite (Outlook, Excel, and Word).
