Overview Elevate Reach is hiring a Financial Services Representative to work directly with the clients of the investment and wealth management firms we support. This is a full-time, fully remote position on our own team. You are the friendly, knowledgeable voice clients reach when they have questions about their accounts. Investors expect accurate answers and careful follow-through. You help them open and update accounts, move money, understand their statements, and get to the right licensed advisor whenever a question calls for investment advice. What You'll Do • Answer client calls and emails about brokerage, retirement, and investment accounts • Guide clients through account openings, beneficiary updates, transfers, and contributions • Explain statements, transaction history, and account features in plain language • Process service requests accurately and confirm each one is complete • Refer questions about investment choices to licensed financial advisors • Document every interaction and follow privacy and compliance procedures • Spot recurring client questions and suggest service improvements Who Fits • Experience in financial services, banking, brokerage operations, or investment client service • SIE, Series 6, 7, or 63 licensing is a plus • Clear, patient communication with clients who are making important decisions • Precision with account details, forms, and documentation • Trustworthy with confidential financial information • A quiet home workspace with reliable high-speed internet • Authorization to work in the United States What's Offered • A full-time, fully remote position on the Elevate Reach team • Work with clients of established investment and wealth management firms • Training on our service standards, systems, and compliance procedures • A steady weekday schedule Elevate Reach provides reasonable accommodations for qualified applicants with disabilities throughout the application and interview process.
