Drive Production. Build a Career. Gilmer Warehouse & Logistics is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily production operations at our Cochran facility. This role oversees Production Line Leads, coordinates with warehouse and demand planning teams, ensures production targets are achieved, and develops employees for long-term success. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing, production, packaging, warehouse, or logistics environment and enjoys coaching teams while driving safety, quality, and productivity.
