Experience: • 5-7 years of relevant experience in maintenance operations within the automotive, manufacturing, or process industry. • Hands-on experience in preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of production equipment and plant utilities. • Knowledge of TPM, OEE improvement, spare parts management, root cause analysis, and maintenance planning. • Experience in managing statutory compliance, safety requirements, contractors, and continuous improvement projects. • Exposure to automation systems, PLCs, robotics, hydraulic and pneumatic systems is preferred.
