You'll be the first smile our patients see and play an important role in helping our office succeed! What You'll Do • Welcome patients and create a positive, friendly experience from check-in to check-out. • Manage patient scheduling, appointments, and daily office flow. • Verify dental insurance benefits and assist with insurance-related questions. • Collect payments, discuss balances, and help patients understand financial responsibilities. • Answer phones, respond to patient inquiries, and maintain accurate patient records. • Work closely with the clinical and administrative teams to support office goals and patient satisfaction.
