As a Residential Direct Support Professional (DSP), you’ll get to make a true difference every day. What You’ll Do • Support individuals with every day activities like meals, personal care/hygiene, appointments, medication administration, and fun outings. • Encourage independence, positive attitudes, and personal growth. • Keep the residential home clean, safe, and create a happy home environment. • Stay organized with good documentation and communicate with the team. • Be a positive role model who embodies CNTA’s Culture of Gratitude and teamwork. What You’ll Bring • A caring heart, a patient attitude, and a real passion for helping others succeed. • High school diploma or equivalent. • Valid PA driver’s license and reliable transportation. • An ability to pass background checks, physical, and drug screening which C-NTA pays for you.
