Description POSITION SUMMARY Assists CNC Machinists and Operators with machine setup, material loading, part removal, and general shop support to maintain efficient production flow. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Load raw material and unload finished parts from CNC machines • Deburr, clean, and stage parts for inspection or next operation • Assist with machine setups under direct supervision • Keep machine area clean and stocked with required materials • Move parts and materials using hand trucks or shop carts • Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE • Perform other duties as assigned by Machinist or Supervisor Requirements REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS • High school diploma or GED • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions • Basic math skills • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • Previous manufacturing or shop experience • Familiarity with hand tools and measuring instruments PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORK ENVIRONMENT Continuous standing and walking, frequent lifting up to 50 lbs, exposure to shop noise, metal chips, and coolants.
