Description Spark Community is looking for caring, dependable Preschool Paraprofessionals to join our team! Our paraprofessionals work with infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children, providing daily care, supervision, and support while helping children learn, grow, and develop important skills. What You'll Do: • Assist with implementing daily lesson plans and educational activities • Provide supervision and care while maintaining a safe environment • Support children's social, emotional, and developmental growth • Assist children with daily routines and activities • Help create a positive and engaging classroom environment • Work alongside teachers and other classroom staff • Communicate professionally with families, coworkers, and supervisors • Assist with classroom organization and daily responsibilities Schedule: This is a Monday–Friday position.
