DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES This position may be required to perform additional tasks, responsibilities, or duties as assigned: • Loading and Unloading product on, and into flatbed and box trucks according to assigned manifest using forklifts • Responsible for other warehouse duties within the department as assigned by the supervisor • Ability to understand and follow internal and external policies and procedures and recognize out of compliance conditions and implement corrective action • Follow OSHA and company safety protocols, wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), and maintain a clean, hazard-free work area • Track inventory using handheld scanners • Collaborate with supervisors, forklift operators, and other warehouse staff to ensure smooth workflow and timely processing of shipments • Support Inbound/Outbound Operations • Breakdown and Put Away Duties • Other duties as assigned SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES • Effective communication skills along with attention to detail and accuracy • Dependability & Integrity • Cooperation / Teamwork • Adaptability / flexibility • Takes initiative • Creative problem solver EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION • Minimum High School diploma or equivalent, required • Forklift experience, required • Must have prior experience with an RF Scanner and pallet jack • Must be comfortable working in a physically demanding environment • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced distribution environment • Must be able to lift 50lbs or greater Final candidates will be required to undergo and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
