Description Clinical Direct Support Professional We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Clinical Direct Support Professional to join our healthcare team. Key Responsibilities: - Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, medication management, and mobility support - Implement individualized care plans under the supervision of healthcare professionals - Monitor and document clients’ health status, behaviors, and progress - Provide emotional support and encouragement to promote independence and well-being - Collaborate with team members to ensure comprehensive and consistent care - Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for clients - Follow all safety protocols and confidentiality policies in accordance with healthcare regulations Skills and Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications (e.g., CPR, First Aid) preferred - Prior experience in a healthcare, social services, or support role is advantageous - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team - Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude towards clients - Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and sensitivity - Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed - Valid Driver's License - Auto Insurance policy with minimum policy coverage - $100,000/$300,000 - Must be at least 18 years old.
