Description Architectural Historian / Project Manager – Entry Level Brockington and Associates is seeking an entry-level architectural historian and project manager based in our Atlanta, GA office for architectural history and archival project work throughout the US. Minimum education: MA/MHP/MS in architectural history, historic preservation, history, archaeology, or a closely related field. Minimum experience: Up to 1 or 2 years of practical experience. You must have the ability to: • Conduct fieldwork - including historic resource surveys and evaluations; • Prepare National Register nominations; • Conduct archival research using primary and secondary resources; • Effectively discuss projects with colleagues and clients; • Manage budgets and schedules; and • Write professional technical reports and publications. Frequent out-of-town travel, physical labor, and time spent in outdoor conditions are requirements of this job. We are particularly interested in candidates with cross-training in archaeology and/or interest in both architectural history and archaeology. You must be able to work as a member of a diverse team, manage projects and people, and complete other delegated project tasks.
