Description Position Summary: Reporting to the Food Pantry / Community Market Coordinator the Assistant will assist with the duties necessary to assure a healthy, safe distribution of food to community members. Primary Responsibilities: • Assist with receiving food orders as needed • Registration, sign in/out of families coming to receive food • Set up displays, stock shelves and refrigerators • Monitor crowd flow and assist members shopping to assure item limits are adhered to • Assure the area stays clean at all times • Clean up and remove trash at the end of each day Other duties and/or other departments/locations as applies. Compensation is commensurate with years of experience.
