Compensation $20–$25 per hour Starting pay is based on job-related factors such as RBT certification status, relevant ABA experience, education, previous experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, and other relevant qualifications and experience. Individual starting pay is determined based on relevant experience, education, certification status, qualifications, and other job-related factors. Requirements Qualifications/Educational Requirements: 1. High School diploma, preferably some college 2. Registered Behavior Technician, or ability to be board certified within three months of hire 3. Applied Behavior Analysis, Medicaid, Waiver and Private Insurance experience preferred 4. Ability to communicate effectively, in writing and verbally, with people at all levels of the organization 5. Strong leadership experience with great interpersonal and people skills 6. Strong technical, analytical, and organizational skills and abilities 7. Demonstrated ability to develop programs that fit strategically with ACSS goals Physical Requirements: 1. Must be physically able to respond appropriately at all times when working directly with a patient 2. Must be able to lift, push and pull up to 50lbs 3. Must be able to react quickly to behavior outbursts in children and young adults
