BCBAs are expected to maintain approximately 29 billable hours per week. Additional compensation opportunities are available through AFL's Dynamic Salary Clinical Compensation Program beginning at 30+ billable hours per week. What We're Looking For • Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification • Applicable North Carolina licensure or eligibility for licensure • Strong clinical assessment, treatment development, and data analysis skills • Experience supervising and developing RBTs • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills • Understanding of ethical standards and evidence-based ABA practices • Commitment to continued professional growth and exceptional learner care Ready to Make an Impact?
