What we offer to Part-time employees: • Professional, friendly, and supportive work environment where you are celebrated and valued as an integral part of our team and our success • 401(k) plan with company match • Employer sponsored medical, dental, and vision for full-time employees • Paid Time Off (PTO) Pay rate: $7 - $8 per hour plus tips Responsibilities: • Mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and procedures • Greets guests, explains special signature drinks and other menu items and answers guests’ questions • Uses the P.O.S. system to input orders • Ensures bar is fully stocked and replenished when needed • Assists other servers by running food, greeting other tables, pre-bussing, refilling beverages • Other duties as assigned Requirements Requirements: • Food Handler permit & MAST • Must be 21 years old • Prior related experience is preferred • Must be able to use the POS system to input orders • Reliable transportation to and from work • Ability to communicate effectively in English Physical demands and work environment: While performing the duties of this position, the employee is required to regularly stand and walk for the duration of the shift. The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 25 pounds.
