In this hands-on manufacturing role, you’ll help build high-quality floor trusses that support residential and commercial construction projects throughout New England. No prior experience is required. We provide paid, on-the-job training. If you’re reliable, eager to learn, and enjoy working with your hands as part of a team, we’d love to meet you. What You’ll Do • Assist in the assembly of floor trusses using production drawings. • Position and align lumber accurately for assembly. • Install truss plates and prepare materials for production. • Support an efficient and organized production process. • Inspect materials for quality and accuracy. • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. • Follow all company safety policies and procedures. • Work closely with your team to meet daily production goals. Qualifications • Reliable with a strong work ethic. • Willing to learn and work as part of a team. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. • Construction, manufacturing, or woodworking experience is a plus, but not required. • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and remain on your feet throughout the workday. • Commitment to quality, safety, and attendance.
