Job Description Roles and Responsibilities: • Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a team of IT professionals. • Project Management: Proficiency in managing projects, setting timelines, and ensuring deliverables are met on schedule. • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and team members. • Provide operational support for manufacturing-related applications and systems, including MES(SFCS), WMS, QMS, production reporting, and related systems. • Develop strategies for system redundancy and disaster recovery to maintain continuous factory operations. • Monitor the performance of factory systems and initiate preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
