Job Description Roles and Responsibilities: • On-call Duty: Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to provide immediate technical support for factory systems, ensuring rapid response to any system incidents or emergencies. • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of programming languages, databases, and software development methodologies. • Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex IT system issues. • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing system requirements and designing solutions. • Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail to ensure high-quality work. • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment. • Continuous Learning: Commitment to staying updated with the latest technologies and industry trends.
