Job Description Job Title: Desktop Support Representative Onsite Support Job ID # S2LCKF Duration: 1+ Years (Possible Extension) Location: Southfield, MI (Onsite) • Candidates should be able to diagnose and remedy complex Microsoft OS problem tickets, configure and install common applications and install/remove desktop PCs and monitors. • This candidate would need to be a leader type and a well-diversified Deskside Tech. • Remote take-over skills a plus. Must have good verbal and written skills, as well as ability to interact positively with clients. • Outlook PST files. • Break/Fix troubleshooting experience in larger corporate environments. • Must be experienced in DESKSIDE support, Remote / CTS Support, SCCM, Windows, Incident, IMAC, VDI, SW/Break/fix, IMAC, Ability to solve tickets remotely, work with SCCD. • This candidate would need to be a leader type and a well-diversified Deskside Tech.
