Job Description Job Title: Systems Admin Location: Burbank, CA Duration: 12+ months Responsibilities • Administrate and maintain the Health Plan Technology Services group SharePoint Site(s) / Site Collections. • Assist SharePoint users with setting up new sites, restoring deleted documents, and resolving site access issues. • Administrate NICE Perform platform, including server and application administration • Configure local call center ACD system including call scripts, agent administration, and call center reporting support. • Business Objects Crystal Reports server administration. • Administer Track-It! the internal service desk incident and work order management tool. Qualifications • MIN REQUIREMENT - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related • Microsoft SharePoint 2007/2013 Site Collection Administrator experience. (at least 2-3 years). • Microsoft SQL Server Administrator experience (at least 6 years). Must be able to remove, install, and configure this software on the server. • Microsoft Windows Server 2003, 2008, R2 and 2012 experience. • Microsoft IIS Server Administrator experience (at least 4 years). Must be able to remove, install, and configure this software on the server. • MS Windows Server and MS SQL Server security experience (at least 4 years). Experience should include working to fix security issues and user access issues in the MS Windows 2003, 2008, and 2012 environments.
