Job Description • Has responsibility for carrying out laboratory-based methods for assessing immunogenicity potential of biotherapeutics in in vitro and ex vivo assays. • Works under direction of PDM NBE Immunogenicity Scientists for the project Dendritic cell assays for biotherapeutic immunogenicity assessment . Primary Responsibilities: • Design, conduct and analyze results of immunogenicity assessment studies. • Organize and present data to Immunogenicity sciences group. • Support continuous improvement of group operations. Requirements: • Formal education/training in immunology, biochemistry, cell biology, or related discipline. • Understand and in-depth experience with state of the art tools used to analyze immune response, e,g, multi-color flow cytometry with human cells, cellular immunoassay and other immunological methods, cell culture. • Strong data organization and analysis skills, both for Flow cytometry data • Collaborative skills and effective communication skills for a multi-discipline organization Qualifications PhD level education in relevant field or BS/MS with experience in biopharmaceutical field with industry experience Track record of implementing Client or complex methods; Proven presentation skills, demonstrated through conference or institution presentations Additional Information Best Regards, Anuj Mehta (973) 967-3402 Morristown, NJ 07960
