The JOB: Turndown Attendant - Housekeeping Requirements As a Turndown Attendant, your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional turndown service and promptly respond to guest requests, ensuring a memorable and comfortable stay. You will play an important role in enhancing the guest experience by delivering personalized service with efficiency, attention to detail, and professionalism. Key Responsibilities: • Provide nightly turndown service in guest rooms according to resort standards. • Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and special accommodations. • Ensure guest rooms are clean, well-stocked, and impeccably presented. • Maintain a high level of attention to detail and quality in all assigned areas. • Communicate effectively with guests and fellow team members. • Uphold resort standards for cleanliness, safety, and guest service. • Contribute to creating a welcoming and memorable experience that enhances overall guest satisfaction.
