Full description
The Allegro team is united by a clear purpose—advancing technologies that make the world safer, more efficient, and more sustainable. With over 30 years of experience in semiconductor innovation, we bring that purpose to life across every part of the business—from breakthrough product development and customer success to how we show up for each other and the communities we serve.
The Opportunity
Allegro MicroSystems is seeking a data-driven Sales Analytics Manager to lead our global sales reporting, revenue operations, and AI-enabled analytics efforts. You will turn complex sales, finance, and operations data into clear insights for executive leadership, and build the data foundations and automation that let our global sales organization see further and move faster. This role is central to “One Allegro” alignment between Sales, Finance, and Operations as we lead the automotive and industrial semiconductor markets.
What You Will Do
• Build and maintain global sales dashboards and KPIs in Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools.
• Define and improve the data pipelines (SQL, Python, ETL) to unleash insights and build a unified global view of the business.
• Apply AI and machine learning tools, including LLM-based tools, to automate recurring reporting, surface trends and anomalies, and improve forecasting and pipeline analysis.
• Build AI enabled tools to enable greater sales efficiency
• Partner with the Senior VP of Worldwide Sales and the Regional VPs on deep-dive analysis of design-in pipelines, revenue trends, and market share growth.
• Act as the bridge between Sales Operations and Finance to improve forecast accuracy and alignment with corporate fiscal targets.
• Improve funnel reporting to give better visibility into the “Lead-to-Revenue” lifecycle.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis for the mission critical programs.
What You Will Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field. A master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
• 2–5 years of experience in sales analytics, business intelligence, data analytics, or FP&A. Semiconductor or high-tech experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong SQL and Python skills, with hands-on experience building EDW pipelines and automating data workflows.
• Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools, and advanced Excel skills.
• Hands-on experience applying AI/ML or generative AI tools to business problems. Experience with CRM (Salesforce) and ERP (Oracle) data is a plus.
• Ability to translate technical analysis into clear executive-level presentations and narratives.
• Experience gathering requirements from business stakeholders, prioritizing work, and driving cross-functional projects.
• A proactive mindset and the ability to spot business risks and opportunities in the data.
• Familiarity with sales cycles and channel distribution in semiconductors sectors is a plus.
