Must be able to provide original documents for CT Driver's License or CT State ID and original Social Security Card. Must be able to provide documentation of a physical and PPD taken within the past 12 months OR be willing to obtain a physical and PPD test quickly. Must have reliable transportation to and from cases and/or Driver's License. Home Health Aide (HHA) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Job Duties: Our Home Health Aides (HHA) / Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) provide hands-on care for clients who require assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) in their homes. This includes, bathing, dressing, hair care, mouth care, toileting, transfers, and medication reminders.
