Job Details: Job Location: Canton, MA - Canton, MA, Salary Range: $34.00 - $36.00Hourly, The Position: The Judge Rotenberg Center currently seeks a Speech/Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA). The SLPA position is responsible for a full range of support duties in the Education Department, primarily concerned with meeting the speech therapy needs of a multi-handicapped student population. This position reports to Special Education Director and/or Education Assistant Director and consults with the Speech/Language Pathologist. It is a non-exempt (hourly) full time position. Hours of work are 8:00-4:00pm, Monday-Friday. Qualifications: Certified SLPA in Massachusetts College degree required, with emphasis in the area of education/communication disorders. Stamina and physical endurance for an exceedingly busy department and demanding responsibilities. Possess excellent problem solving, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
