Key Responsibilities: - Set up and operate printing presses according to job specifications and production schedules. - Monitor print runs to ensure quality standards are met, making adjustments as necessary. - Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of press equipment to ensure optimal performance. - Troubleshoot mechanical and printing issues to minimize downtime and ensure timely completion of print jobs. - Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow and address any production challenges. - Maintain accurate records of production runs, including materials used and job completion times. - Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe working environment. - Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency in press operations. Qualifications: Required Education: - High school diploma or equivalent is required.
