Job Details: Job Location: 4180 LA JOLLA VILLAGE DRIVE SUITE 300 - LA JOLLA, CA, Salary Range: $29.00 - $39.00Hourly, Job description: Assist with daily accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities. Prepare and process journal entries, account reconciliations, and bank reconciliations. Maintain accurate financial records and organize supporting documentation. Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes. Prepare financial reports and schedules for internal and client use. Support payroll processing and sales tax filings, as applicable. Ensure compliance with firm standards, accounting principles, and applicable regulations. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
