What You'll Do As a Production Associate, you'll play an essential role in producing the fresh juices, smoothies, plant-based meals, and other products our customers love. Responsibilities include: Prepare, assemble, package, and label products according to company standards Follow recipes and production procedures accurately Maintain food safety, sanitation, and quality standards at all times Operate production equipment safely and efficiently Assist with ingredient preparation, batching, packaging, and palletizing Perform cleaning and sanitation of production areas and equipment Monitor product quality and report any concerns immediately Maintain an organized and clean work environment Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals Follow all company safety policies and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) Perform other duties as assigned What We're Looking For Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Positive attitude and willingness to learn Team player with a strong work ethic Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Flexibility to work overtime and extended hours when production demands require Preferred Qualifications Previous food production, manufacturing, warehouse, or kitchen experience preferred Experience working in a high-volume production environment is a plus Food safety knowledge is a plus but not required—we'll provide training!
