WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: Proven automotive Sales Management experience. Strong background in Internet Sales, BDC operations, and CRM management. Ability to convert internet leads into appointments, showroom visits, and sales. Experience desking deals, structuring transactions, and closing customers. Strong understanding of lead management, follow-up processes, and accountability. Ability to coach, motivate, and hold salespeople accountable for performance.
