Job Details: Job Location: Porsche Pittsburgh - Pittsburgh, PA, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Job Summary: This position holds the responsibility for processing title and tag transactions in a high volume, fast paced work environment.   Supervisory Responsibilities: None   Duties & Responsibilities: Responsible for checking accuracy of vehicle sale and purchase prices. Check for completeness and signatures on all required parts of forms. Responsible for processing documents for state registration. Fill out proper paperwork and ensure tax and title documents are complete. Maintains a file of sales, prices, payments, warranties, service contracts and other pertinent information related to the sale or transfer of a vehicle. Communicate with co-workers, management, clients and others in a courteous and professional manner. Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. Qualifications: Required Skills & Abilities: Technical Capacity. Must be able to pass pre-employment screen (background & hair follicle drug test)   Education & Experience: High School Diploma of GED required. 2+ years of dealership experience or similar environment. 6+ months of industry experience preferred. ADP Experience preferred. Basic working knowledge of accounting.   Physical Requirements: This is partly a sedentary role; however, this position requires some movement, some filing may be required.
