This is a chance for them to work for and experience the excitement of a growing company.   RESPONSIBILITIES FIELD: Hybrid work scenario with the goal being part  of the week spent on-site for hands on/technical training and some time working from home serving as assistant to superintendent as needed, this could be assisting in communication between subcontractors, assisting in interface with project management platform, assisting in managing superintendents schedule to enhance productivity, etc. OFFICE: Hybrid work/work from home with the goal being part  of the week spent engaged in project management/estimating training in person if/as needed depending on individual and their preference and/or best learning scenario. The balance of the week would be spent assisting the Project Manager with management of their schedule and/or additional duties relating to project/enterprise management.   Expectation of approximately 20 hours per week.   REQUIREMENTS General knowledge of commercial construction principles/practices, or desire to explore this industry as a potential career. Computer proficiency/familiarity with Microsoft office suite Desire to learn/advance. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
