WHAT YOUR DAY LOOKS LIKE Inspect guest rooms, hallways, and public areas so everything is guest-ready Make sure every room has the right linens, supplies, and amenities, set up just right Support timely room turnover and update room status in the hotel system  Spot maintenance issues and get them to the right team fast Give friendly, helpful feedback and coaching to room attendants Help train new housekeeping team members Support the Executive Housekeeper with scheduling, inventory, and special projects Respond quickly and professionally to guest questions and concerns. Qualifications: YOU’LL FIT RIGHT IN IF YOU... Have 1+ year of hotel housekeeping or room inspection experience A positive attitude and willingness to help others succeed. Are available for day shifts, including weekends and holidays Notice the little things and take pride in getting them right Can stay organized and balance priorities when the hotel is busy Communicate clearly and give feedback in a positive, encouraging way Can walk, stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs throughout your shift Have a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Speak English and Spanish?
