Job Details: Job Location: GA-AUK Augusta Kroc - AUGUSTA, GA, Position Type: Part Time with Benefits 20 or More, Salary Range: $10.00, Job Category: Property, This position is an evening shift, beginning at 4:00 PM each workday. This position is responsible for: Cleans and maintains the buildings and grounds to ensure the neatness and cleanliness of the same on a daily basis. Key Responsibilities: Ability to perform general maintenance and cleaning activities for buildings and grounds Clean and sanitize bathrooms; clean sinks and toilets, polish mirrors, and replenish supplies. Sweep, vacuum, mop, and wax floors, floors; sweep sidewalks. Cleans windows. Dusts and polishes furniture and fixtures. Physical Requirements and Working Conditions: Ability to meet attendance requirements; Ability to exert the physical energy required to performing housekeeping and minor maintenance work; Ability to perform continuous walking, stooping, standing, and climbing; Work is performed in a normal office environment with some exposure to outdoor temperatures, dirt, and dust, and/or disagreeable sights and odors.
