Responsibilities Efficiently stock shelves with merchandise, ensuring that products are displayed neatly and attractively. Maintain accurate inventory control by monitoring stock levels and reporting discrepancies. Utilize equipment such as pallet jacks to move heavy items safely throughout the store. Assist in the organization of backroom inventory to facilitate easy access and restocking. Collaborate with the Center Store Manager to ensure that product availability meets customer demand. Perform regular checks on product expiration dates and remove outdated items from shelves. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and assisting customers as needed. Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or inventory management is preferred. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for effective stock management. Ability to perform heavy lifting, including lifting items up to 50 pounds. Familiarity with using pallet jacks and forklifts is a plus; training may be provided for qualified candidates.
