What You'll Do • Coordinate and oversee daily resident care to ensure each resident receives individualized, compassionate care. • Work closely with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members to develop and maintain care plans. • Support, coach, and mentor nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to help our team deliver outstanding care. • Assist with admissions, transfers, discharges, resident care conferences, and required documentation. • Monitor resident conditions, identify changes in health status, and ensure appropriate follow-up. • Participate in quality assurance, infection prevention, and compliance activities. • Help investigate resident incidents and ensure timely reporting and follow-up. • Collaborate with nursing leadership to improve care, solve problems, and support facility-wide initiatives. • Participate in staff education, training, and leadership meetings. What We're Looking For • An active, unencumbered Washington State RN or LPN license. • At least one year of geriatric nursing experience, including medication administration. • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. • A team-oriented mindset and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced healthcare environment. • A genuine passion for resident-centered care and supporting the people who provide it. Preferred: At least one year of supervisory or management experience, including staff development, training, scheduling, or budgeting. Education requirements: • RN applicants: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). • LPN applicants: LPN licensure.
