As Executive Sous Chef at Faro Blanco Resort, you will run the day-to-day kitchen, leading a team that delivers excellent food for restaurants, banquets, and every event that comes through our doors. Job Summary Run the day-to-day kitchen at Faro Blanco. Lead the brigade and the line to deliver consistent, high-quality food across every outlet, room service order, and event.
