As Complex Director of Food & Beverage, you will shape the dining, bar, and in-room experience at two resorts, lead strong outlet teams, and show that great service and healthy margins belong together. Job Summary Build food and beverage programs at both resorts that guests talk about and that perform on the P&L. Lead outlets, bars, and in-room dining for consistent quality, service, and margin. What You'll Do Including but not limited to: Lead food and beverage strategy and concepts across both resorts Lead and develop F&B managers and their teams Build the F&B budget and covers forecast, then hold cost and profit to plan Partner with the culinary team on menus, pricing, and quality Keep every outlet food-safe, compliant, and guest-ready What You Bring 8+ years in resort or full-service F&B leadership Three or more years overseeing multiple outlets, with P&L responsibility and proven cost control Experience with Toast point-of-sale systems Forecasting, yield management, and critical thinking, with the ability to read outlet P&Ls and build an F&B budget Knowledge of food safety and alcoholic beverage regulations; TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol certification, or the ability to obtain it within 30 days of hire A coaching style: you develop outlet leaders, read a P&L and a dining room equally well, and recognize people by name Restaurant and bar experience preferred Experience in upscale or full-service resort hospitality, including Hilton or Marriott, preferred Why You'll Love It Here Executive-level leadership across two resorts Full ownership of the programs you build A culinary and beverage team that takes pride in its craft About Prime Group Prime Group's vertically integrated approach unifies multiple real estate disciplines under a single roof, sharing a multifaceted vision of improved, sustainable real estate development through diverse strengths, strategic affiliates, and talented in-house professionals.
