Qualifications: EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Theatrical, performance, and entertainment experience and skills are preferred   REQUIRED SKILLS: Must be reliable and responsible Public speaking and improvisational skills are required Video gaming skills (manual dexterity with an X-Box Controller) are preferred Candidates must have the aptitude and attentiveness required to perform with an open microphone Position requires frequent contact with co-workers and continuous direct contact with guests.   Must be charismatic, energetic, outgoing, and family-friendly Must be dependable, have the ability to exercise sound judgment, be able to plan and be well organized and have excellent oral and written skills Ability to work well under pressure and take initiative to solve problems quickly   PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Manual/bi-manual dexterity, fine motor skills, hand/eye coordination, near vision, and excellent hearing and speech are required Frequent standing, walking, stepping up/down, bending, and reaching is required Must be capable of lifting a minimum of 50 pounds Must be capable of climbing ladders and stairs Routine exposure to bright lights, loud noises, and heat can be expected
